Should the buyer be unsatisfied with the services or end product provided and fails to be able to mediate successfully with the seller, HiveWorker will review what has been provided and be compared to the initial requirements provided by the seller, and a judgement will be made from a point of mediation.
This protects both the buyer and the seller and allows both to be able to provide and consume services with confidence.
HiveWorker for Buyers.
As a buyer, you can browse through the category pages of freelance services, or use the search tool to find the package or service you are looking to purchase. Once you purchase a service the order goes to the seller. The money will only go to the seller once the order is completed. Before the order is completed you have an option to review and potentially request changes depending on the nature of the service before the full payment goes through.
HiveWorker for Sellers.
HiveWorker sellers need to set up their profile and create custom services to sell on the site. As a seller, you set your price and can choose to offer additional complimentary services for additional cost.
Once a buyer decides to buy your service package their money is taken from their accounts and put on hold for you until you complete the order. Sellers keep 100% of what they own on each transaction they successfully sell and over
the more services and packages to sell, the easier it will be to build your seller rating on the site. This means, you will potentially be able to charge more for the services you offer.
As a seller or freelancer, you have the potential to make between $1000-$10,000 a month depending on how well you market yourself and how many services are purchased from you.
